Spaces in path break building (mac) and prep (windows)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Spaces in path to the build directory (at any level) breaks building on 
Xcode on Mac (but prepmac.sh still works!) 
2 .They also break the "prepXXXX.cmd" step on Windows.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Building in Xcode and running prep2005.cmd on Windows work fine if I take the 
space out of the parent directory. 

What version of FireBreath are you using? On what operating system and
browsers?

I am seeing this with version 1.2.2 (on Mac and Windows) but I don't seem to 
recall having this issue on another system with version 1.2.0 (which I used on 
Mac and Windows).

Please provide any additional information below.

Not a huge deal as is easy to work around. Might be worth noting until someone 
gets around to looking at it.

Can now confirm I do actually see this with earlier versions (e.g. 1.2.0) as 
well.

(Just hadn't come across it before as didn't have spaces in the path 
previously.)
