CCNet integration: Create a summary version of the test report suitable for use in Emails and in the build report. #117

The detailed test report is not really practical for inclusion in the build
report.  We should create a new summary XSL report that just captures the
essentials in a format that can be easily embedded within emails and other
documents.

steps.
