What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a filter to filter out successful tests
2. Reload the assembly
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that the filter is applied to the new aseembly tests

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7  x64, Gallio Icarus 3.2 build 676

Please provide any additional information below.
