Loading fail timeout in AutoCAD 2012 #857

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use an AutoCAD based test runner in AutoCAD 2012

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect for the test to start launching.  Instead I get repeated message about 
the application trying to netload the gallio autocad plugin

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AutoCAD 2012 and/or verticals on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
The 2012 products move to .Net 4.0 which has caused some major changes in how 
modules load.  You may have to include a .net 4.0 module to load in 2012 
products.

The same scenario happens on Windows XP Professional with AutoCAD2012.
