Build error with gcc-4.7.2

Hi!

I'm trying to compile photivo in Mandriva Cooker with GCC 4.7.2 and getting the 
following error:

GCC 4.7. does not like initializer lists as an argument for make_shared, in 
contrast to GCC 4.6. ... Weird ... Anyway, it’s fixed.
