Filtering by 'Downloadind' or 'Checking' status doesn't work #409

1. Open Transmission Rremote GUI
2. Enable filtering active torrents by 'Downloading' or 'Checking' status

I expect to see only torrents that are being downloading or checking (or 
waiting for checking) at this moment according to active filter criteria.

Instead of this I see ALL torrents with any status, without any filtering.

OS: Win 7 (x64), Win 2003 (x32)
Transmission: 2.41-1
Remote: 3.24 (build 1) (version
