[FEATURE] Add Bookmarks and Saved News Section.

Users might want to save important news articles or blogs to access later, but currently, there's no option for bookmarking or saving content for future reference. This is frustrating for users who want to revisit specific news stories.

Describe the solution you'd like

A Bookmarks or Saved News section that allows users to mark articles or blogs for later viewing. Users should be able to access a dedicated page where they can manage their saved content.
