[FEATURE] : Redesign News Feed Section #48

I propose a redesign of the news feed section to create a more intuitive and engaging feed layout. The aim is to enhance user interaction and improve the overall experience for users to explore feed.

Please label this request under Hacktoberfest 2024 and Girlscript Summer of Code 2024.
