[FEATURE] Real-Time Contact Messaging

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, the current contact form is only displaying contact details and is not equipped to accept real-time messages. Implementing real-time messaging would resolve this issue by allowing for instant interaction, improving overall user satisfaction.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to integrate a real-time messaging feature into the contact us section, allowing users to engage in live conversations directly from the form. The system should notify support team when new messages are sent or received. Additionally, the interface should be user-friendly and seamlessly fit into the current design of the contact section. This will greatly improve user engagement and support response time.
