Addition of diarypage to home page #141

Want to create a page for diary with below icon Screenshot 2024-10-18 215903 Down this todo list Screenshot 2024-10-18 215142 Diary page include a title, description and date. Writing diary make them relief and happy I want to add this feature @divyansh-2005 assign me this work with the labels gssoc-ext, hacktoberfest-accepted and level according to the issue .
