[BUG] The Footer on Add Expenses and Add Todo pages is not correctly placed at the bottom #147

The Footer on Add Expenses and Add Todo pages is not properly placed at the bottom of the webpage which is leaving blank space at the bottom of the pages. I can fix the footer to be displayed at the bottom of the page as it is expected to be.
