@divyanshudhruv Do one thing then As I have raised all of these issues as per my structure which part have to start first, as you divided all of these into section leave that navigation menu but without updating the code of skills and project ideas then how can I modify it into code format, in these cases either I have to wait for the assigned developer or have to do it by my own. So what should I do? Ok then sir it's a good thing that you have divided the sections into parts do one last thing for me either tell those assigned developers to do the work as soon as they do or assign me those linked issues that I have raised first..

It's my perception... once think about it sir it will be better for me... as those are some improvements on HTML and some CSS so I think those things should not take much time so...do sir whatever you think is right, then I will start my work from today itself.

@Kapileswar-Moharana , I think you can make contact section and if possible we both can make project section, and I will be making skills section. So the ids of the contact can be <div id="contact"> while of skills can be <div id="skills">. The navigation menu is not clear so we will leave it for end. For the project section we both can discuss together then finalise but the id of project section would be <div id="projects">
