calls are not recorded #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be recorded but it does not show any recording in log it shows failed to 
start recording at user request

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have htc desire c, ICS 4.0.4  
rVoix 1.06 build 357

Please provide any additional information below.
It does not start recording in any call....
