What to do with *.dn and *.up files #7

Quite rare the recording of a call somehow goes wrong for me, and sometimes I
am left with a *.dn and/or a *.up file of this call that does not produce a wav
file.

So I thought I take a look at those *.dn and *.up files, and found out they can
be processed by audacity, if you use the "import raw audio" feature and specify
8000Hz as sampling rate. That way you can combine them manually and/or save
them in whatever format you liked.

Just wanted to share this finding so maybe if someone else looks for reparing
such a broken call record he knows how.

Maybe if you don't like to have this "info" as issue you could put it into the
wiki instead, if you don't mind. I think it might be useful (it was useful for
me ;))
