Independent specification for axis lengths #385

There are different ranges that allow to customize the appearance of axes, grid 
lines and ticks, however it is currently not possible to specify different 
ranges for grid lines and the axis itself. This patch adds a new range, which 
overrides CPTXYAxis.visibleRange for the axis line (+ line cap) if given. 
Otherwise the visible range applies to both the axis line as well as the 
visible grid area.
