I would really like to see core-plot adapt the ability to have multiple Y-axes 
that are independently scalable.  See an attached example from a Windows-based 
graphing application.

Core Plot can make that graph. The key is you need a different plot space for 
each different axis scale. Several of the example apps including the Mac 
CPTTestApp show how to do that. Ask a question on the discussion board ( 
http://groups.google.com/group/coreplot-discuss ) if you need more help.
