major/minor ticks Labels are coming with delay after applying currency formatter #401

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set active major/minor ticks
2.Apply currency Formatter to the label ticks
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
labels should not have delay/jerky effect in graph loading time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.9 and MAC OS X

Please provide any additional information below.
