add close [x] buttons to open tabs #11

the fact that TA shows currently open tabs means it acts as a partial tab 
manager as well. You could remove this section and not lose any of the core 
functionality. However it is nice to be able to see stale-ish tabs which 
haven't been reaped yet in case you want to manually assassinate, so I propose 
that an [x] be added to allow closing them.
