inactive text is hard to read #12

the [Inactive for XX minutes] text is small and low contrast, so it's hard to 
read.

possibility 1: only show this text on hover
possibility 2: darken text

relatedly, it's also repetitive; every tab says [Inactive for __ minutes]. 
Maybe the header should say [Inactive time]?
