Lets say we put medic heal % to 100%. we also enable health regen over time.
if we are now shot unconscious and revived we will revive with 0.1% health, the ai medic will attempt healing you but it will not fill your health, it can now only fill by passive over time regen.
Expected behavior:
Healing from other units should still raise your health to whatever amount you have set it to, even if regen health is on.
