Some migrated profiles are re-using ability IDs which is leading to some difficulty selecting profile abilities on the crunch page #96

Selecting 1 ability from a bunch of abilities on the same profile leads to multiple abilities being selected (which is unintended). This only seems to be happening for some migrated profiles. Newly created & demo profiles all seem to behave as expected.

Need to write a migration to straighten this out as well as find & fix the root cause.
