This app is a complete waste of time

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install it

2. Watch it sit and spin for god knows how long

3. Produces no results

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would be great if the thing worked but all it does it some mysterious checking 
that produces no results

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac OSX

Please provide any additional information below.

Either update the program so it works or take it down from search engines
