Error Message not specified and unclear #2

The error message does not specifically tell me what is the error which might be confusing for the user.

Noted, however it is a rare case as this only occurs when the option is stated but empty. The exception was still handled and the warning message should prompt the user to recheck the their typed command, realising that an option is missing a field.

The severity will be lowered to low.
