Graphical outputs? #133

Hello! I run both diyABC-RF GUI and the command line tool. I did not find the graphical outputs written on the manual. For example, the modelchoice_out_graph_error_versus_ntrees.png. I wonder if i missed anything or there has been some modifications. It's not a bid issue since there are text files generated by the software that can lead to the graphs. It's just that I have sort of obsession with the manual and it also saves time from plotting with R. It would be much appreciated if anyone can help answer. Many thanks!! Ming

Hi, Thanks for the report and sorry for the trouble. Could you tell me which version of DIYABC-RF GUI you are using ? on which OS ? Best,

Thanks for your reply. For the GUI version, I'm using the latest version diyabc-RF-macos-v1.1.27 and abcranger-macos-v1.2.64 implemented in R. The command line tools, I used the same versions. BTW, when I ran diyabc-RF-linux-v1.1.27 -p ./ -d a:pl, there weren't pca plots nor the file named pcaloc1_locate.txt generated.
