[training set simu][SNP mode] Missing possibility to manage multiple groups of SNP IndSeq loci #48

In the interface, it is not possible to add and manage multiple groups of SNP IndSeq loci (especially for different types of chromosomes)

70 <A> 10 <X> 10 <M> 10 <Y> G1 from 1

What happen if we want to use different starting position for the different locus type ?

Considered to be fixed, limitation of diyabc

Available in release >1.0.9
