[RF][model choice] issue with scenario grouping and selection #84

Possible to group scenarii but also to select subset of scenarii

-> scenario subset selection to be mention in the comment in the interface

Fixed in 02be4cc and 6e29a3c. Corresponding title was rewritten, help was detailed in a specific pop-up style page, and checks were modified to allow scenario selection.

Should be in next release (>1.0.10)

Scenario grouping and selection is not working in release 1.0.12
