Allow appointment with a caunselor for student to discuss their result.

• On submit modal, post to google calendar.

Show the calendar for avaialble slot in the caunsuler calendar. Add an email processor.

Added description and summary field upon insertion of event. Backup routes.py -> will be using individual routes files instead

Implement callback call upon insertion new calendar event. Apply asynchronous operation between FullCalendar, so the event is updated instantaneously to the frontend
