MPU9250 REGOUT capacitor #10

According to the Package Specification the REGOUT capacitor should be 0.1 uF but a 2200 pF has been placed in the board: captura de pantalla 2014-10-08 a la s 22 33 35

@proficnc why such change?

this is an error, and has been fixed. and pushed to master
