Hi, this pull request is made to update zcl_app_data.c file so clusters for sensors readings would comply with standard (OUT clusters changed to IN clusters).
This change was made to add proper integration with DeCONZ coordinator. Integration discussed here https://github.com/dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin/issues/4893
The modified FW version has been tested with DeCONZ (as far as I could go w/o proper support) and with z2m (works fine just as an original one).
