[Documentation] Adding some extra inscructions in Readme.md

hey, first of all thanks a lot for this cool project!

I change the install command from hcitools to bluez since in Raspbian blues bluez is the package that comes with hcitools.

I also added some extra instructions and commands in the Readme for easy and quick install.

I will try to make a counter in the coming days!

Great thank you. I merged it with the main. What kind of counter will you add because there is a counter already, that counts if you encounter the same device, but it adds a count every 24h.

I was thinking maybe an optional little dashboard that simply tells you how many devices you have countered!

Okay that sounds interesting how will you be able to call that and where would you display it? Because my plan is to add a line on the pwnagotchi screen how many Bluetooth you have found and how many of them have all the information.
