I get some error 2029 URLStream object does not have stream open #10

While I run/debug my application sometimes I get the below error

Error: Error #2029: This URLStream object does not have a stream opened.

    at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
    at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()
    at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete()

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should not break here

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.1 on Win Xp
