Fixes to recent version of MCDex #55

This pull request fixes mod.list, pack.list commands and forge lookup being not working properly, and adds new error, when tool cannot find mod's file for pack's Minecraft version.

Hi @TrashboxBobylev - thanks for this! I missed it completely and wound up fixing independently. I've credited you in the one part of the commit(37d674ac8a71fbbdfe1b73bd2e2de2b3b05d483c) I did take. :)
