Import and include statements mapping to string #172

I am working on xml schemas residing in database. I would like to know how can 
I map the import and include statements to strings rather than files. It is 
possible to provide the starting schema and xml file as string but there seems 
to be no functionality for mapping import/includes to string. In a busy 
environment with multiple users and multischemas per user, such a functionality 
would be useful since we won't have to deal with files.
