[validator-nu] fix "ant dist" build/test failure for 'Character reference "&#55298"' #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apply the patch for issue 91.
2. Run "ant dist"
Observe that the build for the target mod.xsd-datatype.split-xsd fails with 
this message: "[xslt] /opt/checker/jing-trang/build/mod/xsd-datatype/test-
xsd/xsdtest.xml:4817:14: Fatal Error! Error reported by XML parser Cause: 
org.xml.sax.SA     XParseException: Character reference "&#55298" is an 
invalid XML character."

I think you can fix this problem by porting r2320 from the trunk (see attached 
patch).
