Stephanie wants to know how to implement charge back into NetSuite.

Hi Taka,

Thanks for your email… It looks like the Chargeback record is part of a free bundle called ‘Chargeback Workflow’ (bundle id: 127355, by the NetSuite Platform Solutions Group) that is available to install in your account. I’ve not used this bundle before but it seems pretty cool and if you’d like we can work together to get it installed/setup in the DJ SB.

Without the bundle it seems like it would first start with voiding the customer payment. There is a SuiteAnswers article called ‘Record Chargebacks in NetSuite’ (Answer Id: 22827) that is useful. I’ve done a script for this too to automate the manual steps defined in the SuiteAnswers article ‘Void Customer Payment in a Closed Period’ (Answer Id: 36217).
