If a TTS extension that doesn't provide the necessary events is used, ChromeVox
cannot emit sounds. In this case, it doesn't provide valuable feedback about
some events.
For instance, ChromeVox does not aurally indicate that a block of text is a
link. Rather, it simply reads the text.
This is inconsistent with a number of other elements--buttons, input fields,
etc. Perhaps the link sound should be abandoned in favor of a speech utterance
that works everywhere?
