UVa and Timus support #67

please try to add UVa,timus another thing will be better if hightail downloads the system test cases also of finished contests , not only sample test cases along with problem statement in html or pdf format. so that We can practice problems in offline also. I mean a tool like gettc for topcoder.

In which judge systems can you download systests? Not CodeForces and not CodeChef, for sure.
