Is it possible to update the version on PYPI #163

The version on pypi is too old, and does not contain python 3 compatibility updates.

@djacobs Would be wonderful if we can get a new release. I'm using python 3.5 and have to use the latest master which is not quite optimal.

I think only the owner of the pypi page can upload to it.
