The caret appears by way of clicking the scrollbar but the focus is not returned #4

This follows on from https://github.com/jecs-imperial/occam/issues/5. If the caret is visible, select the welcome screen then tab back and click the scrollbar, the caret appears but cannot be manipulated with the keys.
