Improve layout of ItemView page #23

Using react-bootstrap, improve the layout of the ItemView page. You can look at ebay or amazon to see how they do there ItemView page an emulate it to the best of your ability. Also, use the Comment section component that Jack made to add to the Item View.

*** This issue does not need you to add functionality using firebase.

used listgroup component from bootstrap and tweaked firebase db to improve styling
