Use net.sf.Json as object mapper #129

Since Rest Assured already has has net.sf.Json as a dependency use to for 
object mapping as well. 

Hint:
JsonObject.toBean(..)

We've now upgraded to a new version of Groovy so we do not depend on this 
artifact anymore.
