Updated models.py for Django-CMS 2.2+ #17

The location of CMSPlugin changed in 2.2 and has been updated accordingly. You had already updated it in cms_plugins.py, but not in models.py.

I was trying to solve a much more complex error involving this plugin that turned out to be Django-CMS's fault, but I caught that little fix in the process.
