Hexcodes in internal link widget #216

Describe the bug The ' character is displayed as ' in internal link fields choices.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a page with a title containing a ' character
  2. Add a new Link plugin
  3. See error in internal link choices

Expected behavior Display ' instead of '.
