fix: Port latest changes to master, brings back up to date with the latest changes

Previous structure

• master was v3 compatible
• release/1.0.x was taken and made v4 only,

New structure

• release/0.0.x contains latest of master currently 0.0.7 https://github.com/django-cms/djangocms-moderation/tree/release/0.0.x
• release/1.0.x contains dj1.11 & 2.2 and python 3.5 & 3.6 compat. https://github.com/django-cms/djangocms-moderation/tree/release/1.0.x
• master (will contain the latest after this merge) 2.0.x dj2.2 & 3.2 and python 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9: https://github.com/django-cms/djangocms-moderation/tree/release/2.0.x
