Remove generic foreign key in ModerationRequest #49

We are now pointing to a Version object.

There are few follow-up tickets as this introduces some breaking changes (Add Item to Collection, Confirmation Page) to be done in the current sprint, with TODOs left in the code

If you prefer we could discuss this PR and thoughts behind it, alternatively, have a look and feel free to leave your comments

It seems like something has changed in Versioning/Core on CI re the latest test failures
