Create a default space for custom apps in the repo that can be loaded into a Docker volume by default #4

If one develops a custom app with this template, they typically have to rebuild the whole image any time that their custom app changes. Putting the custom app into a volume that goes into the Python path by default would make it easier to develop custom apps for personal deployments quickly.
