Add default configureation for drf-yasg #26

Would be nice to have it in skeleton. Also, to make it work with ViewResolver(small custom tool, not yet added to skeleton) some additional override of default behavior is required

@glebpushkov We already have drf-yasg up and running. Did you mean any other adjustments?
