Please stop removing old versions from pypi #2

Some way every time you are releasing a new version, the previous one disappears from pypi and my applications, which have frozen version of django-admin stop building.

@avalanchy I'm very sorry for trouble you for removing old versions. I'll retain old versions from now on. Sorry again.
