Include anonymised summaries of reports and actions taken in Statistics chapter #2

Any opinions why we shouldn't do that?

It'll be easier to make them anonymised if we make them less granular. We could categorise the reports into three or four groups and mention the number of each group we've actioned.

This is a fair bit of work. I started it and got uncomfortable going too far:

The records in the spreadsheet are canonical and confidential. If we transform them into statistics, we need a way of tracking what has and hasn't been transformed. To me that implies we need case numbers. I've opened a new issue #19, and I propose we hold this one until that one is resolved.
