Move CI to travis-ci.com? #171

travis-ci.org is now read-only. Could someone try to move the config to travis-ci.com? @felixxm? An alternative would be to replace Travis by GitHub actions.

Did you find a solution for this? I'll need to sort something out for django-localflavor as well.

Not yet, however in another project, the travis-ci.com credits were quickly consumed, so I guess the GitHub solution is currently the safest (for how long... :grin:)
